    On March 26, Si Ma Cai General Hospital announced that doctors and nurses had successfully performed surgery, regaining the life of a H'Mong woman and safely delivered a healthy and adorable baby boy.

    A day earlier, pregnant woman Sung Thi Song (born in 1994, residing in Ma Sao Phin village, Sin Cheng commune, Lao Cai province) was undergoing surgery, showing signs of severe hemorrhage, her life was "on the brink".

    Immediately after receiving information about a patient in urgent need of blood, the Task Force of Road Traffic Police Team No. 2 - Lao Cai Provincial Police, which was patrolling and controlling to ensure traffic order and safety in Si Ma Cai commune, urgently moved to the hospital.

    In a moment of life and death, Captain Giang Lao Ta promptly donated blood to serve the emergency.

    Thanks to being supplied with enough blood in a timely manner in the "golden moment", doctors and nurses successfully performed surgery, saving the mother and child in the line of life and death.
