On March 13, Lam Dong Provincial Police awarded certificates of merit from the Director of the Provincial Police to two individuals from Madaguoi Traffic Police Station (CSGT) for their outstanding achievements and timely support in taking people to the emergency room.
The two individuals commended include Lieutenant Colonel Thai Doan Hop, Deputy Head of the station and Captain Dao Van Bang, officer of Madaguoi Traffic Police Station (Traffic Police Department of Lam Dong Provincial Police).
The responsible actions of traffic police officers contribute to helping patients receive timely treatment, showing the spirit of serving the people, ready to support people in emergency situations.
Previously, as reported, at about 4:40 pm on January 2, 2026, while on duty, the traffic police force received a request for support from Mr. Nguyen Cong Vien (34 years old, residing in Cat Tien commune, Lam Dong province). Mr. Vien needed to take his relative, Mr. Tran Viet Hung (76 years old), to the emergency room in critical condition.
Immediately after receiving the information, Traffic Police Team No. 1 of Madaguoi Traffic Police Station quickly organized to guide the vehicle carrying the patient.
After moving more than 50km to Phu Tuc commune, the task force of Madaguoi Traffic Police Station handed over to Traffic Police Team No. 2 (Dong Nai Provincial Police) and Traffic Police of Ho Chi Minh City Police to continue to assist in leading the way for the car carrying the victim.
Thanks to the timely support of the traffic police force, the vehicle carrying the patient ensured a smooth and quick journey to the hospital for emergency treatment.
