On the afternoon of January 2nd, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Thu, Head of the Traffic Police Station (CSGT) of Lam Dong Provincial Police, said: After supporting the direction of more than 50km from Da Huoai commune to Phu Tuc commune (Dong Nai), the unit contacted the Traffic Police Department of Dong Nai Provincial Police to continue supporting cars carrying seriously injured people to Ho Chi Minh City for emergency treatment.

Previously, at about 4:40 PM on the same day, while on duty on National Highway 20 section passing through Da Huoai commune, officers and soldiers of the Ma Daguoi Traffic Police Station received a request for support from driver Nguyen Cong Vien (residing in Cat Tien commune, Lam Dong province).
At this time, Mr. Vien was driving a car with license plate 49B-027.14 carrying Mr. Tran Viet Hung (76 years old, residing in Cat Tien 3 commune) who was seriously injured and needed to be taken to Ho Chi Minh City for emergency treatment.

Immediately after that, the Madaguoi Traffic Police Station arranged officers and soldiers along with patrol and control vehicles to guide vehicles carrying victims on National Highway 20.
At the same time, the unit has contacted the Traffic Police Department of Dong Nai Provincial Police to coordinate support, ensuring that the victim is taken to a safe and timely medical facility.

Preliminary inspection shows that the victim fell, leading to traumatic brain injury and a broken leg. Therefore, the Station has arranged a task force to use patrol vehicles to guide the victim to the hospital as soon as possible," Lieutenant Colonel Thu said.
After moving more than 50km to Phu Tuc commune, the task force of Madaguoi Traffic Police Station handed over to Traffic Police Team No. 2 (Dong Nai Provincial Police) to continue assisting in guiding the car carrying the victim.

At about 6:20 pm on the same day, when passing through Dong Nai province, the car driven by Mr. Nguyen Cong Vien continued to receive guidance assistance from the Traffic Police Department (Ministry of Public Security), helping the victim to be taken to Ho Chi Minh City for treatment soon.
