According to the investigation, the woman in the story is Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong - Director of Bim Son General Hospital (Thanh Hoa province). Ms. Huong said that at around 3:00 p.m. on October 23, while on her way to a meeting, she saw a woman lying motionless on the side of the road after a traffic collision.
Immediately, she stopped the car to check the victim's health, performed first aid and called an ambulance to take the victim to the hospital. The victim was Ms. N.T.H. (50 years old, residing in Quang Trung ward, Thanh Hoa province).
The location of the incident was about 5km from the hospital. While waiting for the ambulance, I took a preliminary check of the patient's condition. After taking him to the hospital, I directly examined and determined that the patient had a concussion. By the morning of October 24, the victim had passed the risk and could eat porridge" - Ms. Huong shared.
Ms. Huong said that she was quite surprised when her actions were spread by the online community. "In my opinion, it is just a normal professional reflection. Not only a doctor but anyone in that situation would do the same as me, she said.
The hospital's female director also emotionally said that her child had previously had an accident and was fortunate to have timely rescue by local people. Therefore, she was very happy to be able to help a person in distress.
Also in recent days, another beautiful story in Thanh Hoa has been praised by many people when a group of 4 students picked up 20 million VND and went to the commune police to hand it over to find the owner.
Accordingly, at around 8:00 p.m. on October 22, while attending extra classes, four students, including Truong Thi Dieu Linh, Truong Dinh Linh, Nguyen Thi Thu Phuong and Nguyen Hai Nam (both born in 2012, residing in Hoang Tien commune, Hoang Hoa district) picked up a cash deposit worth 20 million VND.
Immediately afterwards, the students went to the Hoang Tien Commune Police headquarters to report. Upon receiving the information, the police verified and determined that the above amount of money belonged to Mr. Tran Tho Bang (born in 1972), working at Hoang Truong Border Guard Station.
Mr. Bang said that while traveling from Hoang Truong Border Guard Station to Phuc Ngu culvert, he dropped the money on the road and it was picked up by students.
On October 23, at the headquarters of Hoang Tien Commune Police, the authorities organized the handover of the entire amount to Mr. Bang and commended the group of students for their honest and commendable actions.
