On the way home from school, Ngo Quoc Tuan (born in 2015), a 4th grade student at Binh Tan 1 Primary School, La Gi town, picked up a mobile phone that had fallen on the road. Despite the rain, Tuan still waited so that if anyone came to find him, he could give him back. But after waiting for a long time without seeing anyone, Tuan waved his phone in the rain and went to the ward police station to hand it over to ask the police to find the person who dropped it and return it.
Receiving the lost property, Binh Tan Ward Police found the person who dropped it, Mr. Tran Quoc T. (born in 1998, residing in Binh Tan Ward) and invited him to return the property.
The principal of Binh Tan 1 Primary School said that Ngo Quoc Tuan is a student of the school, with a family background of near-poor households, and has just completed the 4th grade program of the school year.
