Previously, at around 2:30 p.m. on September 28, fishing boat Nguyen Van Tan (born in 1972, residing in Xuan An residential group, Thuan An ward) while anchored to avoid storm No. 10 was hit by strong waves and strong winds against the bridge piers, breaking the anchor ropes and sinking. The incident did not cause any damage to people, and property is estimated at about 500 million VND.
