    Lam Dong - Picking up more than 24 million VND and many personal papers, a resident in Cat Tien commune reported to the police to return them to the person who lost them.

    On July 19, Cat Tien Commune Police (Lam Dong province) said that the unit had just supported the return of property to a citizen who had lost it.

    Previously, Mr. Pham Van Toan, residing in hamlet 1, Cat Tien commune, on the way home, picked up a handbag. Inside was a citizen identification card, a driver's license in the name of Nguyen Dinh Tuan (residing in the same commune) and the amount of 24,307,000 VND.

    Immediately after that, Mr. Toan brought all the assets to Cat Tien Commune Police to report to find the owner.

    Upon receiving the information, the commune police quickly verified, contacted Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tuan and returned all assets.

    Receiving his property back, Mr. Tuan expressed his emotion and sent his thanks to Mr. Pham Van Toan and the Cat Tien Commune Police force for their timely support.

    According to Cat Tien Commune Police, Mr. Pham Van Toan's honest actions contributed to spreading beautiful deeds in the community; and at the same time raising awareness of coordination with functional agencies in returning property to the losers.
