After only a few hours of active verification, at 3:30 pm on the same day, the unit identified the owner of the property as Mr. V.V.P (Kim Doi village, Tien Lang commune). The Military Command of the commune invited Mr. P to the headquarters to work to compare and verify information according to the correct procedure.
After completing the necessary procedures, Major Pham Van Cong directly returned the full amount of 219,087,000 VND to Mr. V.V.P.
