Free hair removal to serve people
This group of free hairpins comes from Phong BVB hairpins (Hanoi City). The members of the group were mainly students of the above institution. Every afternoon, on Pham Van Dong Street (Mai Dich Ward, Cau Giay District) and the area near Cau Giay Park, a group organizes free haircuts for people.
As a regular customer of the group, Cao Trong Nghia (21 years old, from Thai Binh) - a student at the University of Commerce - shared: "Now when I go out to get my hair cut, it costs about 70,000 VND, thanks to free services, I save quite a bit. I save this money to take care of meals. Here, the hairdrops are beautiful, but the workers are happy. I hope this activity will be maintained to help many people in difficult circumstances."

Mr. Nguyen Van Binh (residing in Cau Giay District, Hanoi) shared: "Now there are many expenses to worry about, so I can save any money. The money saved from haircuts can be used to buy food to cook meals for the whole family. I hope this free haircutting spot will continue to be maintained to help people in need, especially those who work as motorbike taxi drivers like me.
Helping people and helping students improve their skills
Mr. Ngo Thanh Nam (31 years old, from Thai Binh province) - manager of Phong BVB hairdressing facility - said that the group's free haircutting activities started in 2020 and have been maintained regularly until now. Previously, the group organized free haircuts for students in the northern highlands.
This activity not only brings positive values to the community but also contributes to spreading humanity and human values. At the same time, this is also an opportunity for students to improve their skills. Helping others is also helping yourself. Thanks to exposure to many different hairstyles, students and staff of the shop have the opportunity to perfect their skills and better serve their careers in the future" - Mr. Nam shared.

Mr. Nam also added that he was born into a middle-class family, with parents being farmers. Both making a living and wanting to do something meaningful from the profession he pursues, he chose the profession of hairdressing to make a living. Understanding the hard life of workers, he and the students organized free haircuts to help people reduce some of their daily living expenses.
In the midst of noisy streets, the seemingly small actions of young people have great significance, not only helping people have neat hair but also spreading kindness and sharing in the community.
Those simple, straight-legged scissors are pruning not only hair, but also the invisible distances between people in crowded urban areas. A beautiful thing, in both English and Chinese characters, in the heart of the capital Hanoi.
