With nearly 30 years of experience in the profession, Mr. Vu Quoc Huy - Vice Principal of Tu Minh Primary School (Tu Minh Ward, Hai Phong City) - is a familiar image of calmness, dedication and responsibility.
Coming from a family of teachers, the dream of standing on the podium has followed him since childhood. When he returned to work at Tu Minh Primary School, Mr. Huy quickly left his mark with practical contributions, contributing to improving the quality of education and was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Chairman of the People's Committee of the old Hai Duong province.

Thanks to these efforts, he won a high prize in the Provincial Excellent Teachers' Competition and was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Director of the Department of Education and Training (DET) as well as the Chairman of the People's Committee of the former Hai Duong province for completing the tasks of the 2024-2025 school year.
What makes colleagues and parents most respect Mr. Tai is his love for his students. Regardless of good or weak students, teachers patiently guide each word and each calculation, always believing: "Just try hard, teachers will be there to support".
