On July 22, the authorities of 3 communes Tu Mo Rong, Mang Ri and Dak Sao (Quang Ngai) coordinated with Sam Ngoc Linh Kon Tum Joint Stock Company to organize a program to express gratitude to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, wounded soldiers, martyrs and people with meritorious services in the area.
Accordingly, Kon Tum Ngoc Linh Ginseng Joint Stock Company donated 18,550 Ngoc Linh ginseng seedlings to 371 policy households, people with meritorious services to the revolution, and Vietnamese Heroic Mothers in 3 communes. On average, each household received 50 Ngoc Linh ginseng seedlings worth 15 million VND, along with 500,000 VND in cash and Ngoc Linh ginseng bird's nest drink products.

In addition to donating Ngoc Linh ginseng seedlings, Kon Tum Ngoc Linh Ginseng Joint Stock Company also donated 3,000 seedlings to union members and youth of 3 communes, each unit with 1,000 seedlings.
Mr. Pham Xuan Quang - Chairman of Mang Ri Commune People's Committee - said that to promote the effectiveness of the seedling source donated by the company, for policy households, people with meritorious services to the revolution..., the Commune People's Committee has assigned specialized departments to arrange technical guidance staff, support land preparation and planting on time, helping households take care of them according to the correct procedures.
For seedlings to support union members and youth, the commune will send officials to guide techniques for union members to plant and care for. For many years, Kon Tum Ngoc Linh Ginseng Joint Stock Company has always accompanied the locality in the work of preserving gene sources, expanding Ngoc Linh ginseng growing areas and building a chain of links with people under the forest canopy.
In addition to donating Ngoc Linh ginseng seedlings to people, the company also recruits Xo Dang people in the area to work as workers. Workers are not only paid salaries but also supported with food, foodstuffs and Ngoc Linh ginseng seedlings for planting. From that companionship, many Xo Dang households have had conditions to access ginseng, gradually forming ginseng gardens that bring high economic value to each family.
