Inside the newly inaugurated Ton Duc Thang Museum in Ho Chi Minh City

After a period of construction, on the morning of January 3, the new construction of Ton Duc Thang Museum (No. 5 Ton Duc Thang Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City) was officially inaugurated and opened to serve visitors. This is an important cultural project, of great significance in educating traditions and nurturing ideals for the younger generation.

The newly built Ton Duc Thang Museum is designed with an exhibition area of nearly 2,000m², meeting the needs of providing rich and attractive information for domestic and foreign visitors. The exhibition area is arranged on the 3rd and 4th floors, each floor has a unique character with unique themes to honor the special values of President Ton Duc Thang.

On the 3rd floor of the museum, there are 3 themes: Childhood; From worker to leader of the Saigon workers' movement; 15 years in Con Dao prison.

Floor 4 includes 2 topics: A nucleus of national unity; A President.

Trong qua trinh tham quan, quy khach co the tuong tac, trai nghiem thuc te bang cach quet ma QR duoc dat tai cac khu trung bay tai day. Mot so tac pham con duoc trinh chieu duoi dang 3D, dem den goc nhin da chieu va chan thuc hon cho nguoi xem. Nho do, cong nghe ma QR da gop phan bien khong gian bao tang tro nen gan gui va mang lai trai nghiem ca nhan hoa sau sac.

During the tour, visitors can interact and experience the reality by scanning QR codes placed in the exhibition areas. Some works are also displayed in 3D, providing a more multi-dimensional and realistic perspective for viewers. Thanks to that, QR code technology has contributed to making the museum space more intimate and providing a deeply personalized experience.

A corner of the diorama recreating the scene of Ba Son shipyard is displayed at the museum.

The Gaz 69 car is the same type of car that President Ton Duc Thang used on business trips, transferred by the Presidential Palace Relic Site in March 1999.

Visiting the museum this morning, Nguyen Dinh Ngoc, currently a fourth-year student at a university in Ho Chi Minh City, shared: "I am really impressed by the modern exhibition space and scientific layout of the museum. From the light, color to the way the artifacts are displayed, everything is very attractive, creating a feeling of both intimacy and solemnity."
