The 3 dead victims include: Mr. LVC (35 years old, from Lao Cai), Mr. PVN (38 years old, from Tuyen Quang) and Mr. TVTr. (38 years old, hometown Nam Dinh).
3 people were seriously injured including: Mr. TOS (20 years old); Mr. HVTh. (35 years old) and NNT (36 years old, both in Bao Thang district, Lao Cai province).
According to the leader of the Lao Cai Labor Confederation, the injured and dead victims were all freelance workers, not union members.
