    The banyan tree is the place that marks the workers' struggle movement, now a hundred years old. After the success of the struggle on March 25, 1930, the struggle movement of the factory workers under the leadership of the Party developed continuously and strongly. Right at the base of the banyan tree, the first Party flag of the Party Cell flew, marking a brilliant milestone in the history of the Textile Factory Party Committee in particular and Nam Dinh City in general.
