Sharing with Lao Dong, Ms. Tran Thi Tam (resident living in Nghia Tan apartment complex, the character has been renamed) - said that she was very worried when living in a dilapidated apartment complex. According to Ms. Tam, many households here have expanded their residential area into "tiger cages", so the whole building seems to have only one escape route, which is the mountain stairs. However, many areas have become places for motorbike parking, posing a potential risk of insecurity in the event of fire and explosion.
