A small alley in Ho Chi Minh City has been haunted all year round by malicious bombs

HCMC - A steep alley suddenly became famous in the sales and delivery world... because bad guys used the address to bomb malicious goods for a long time.

The nightmare of bombing goods by sellers, delivery people and service drivers

At the alley at 20/4 Ben Nom Street (Rach Dua Ward, Ho Chi Minh City), the houses at the end of the alley have a common feature - that is, in front of the house there are signs advising taxi drivers, motorbike taxi drivers to deliver goods... not to knock on the door to cause trouble.

The reason for this phenomenon is that some people are malicious, continuously using many phone numbers to order items and then asking for delivery to these addresses. And because there was no one to receive the goods, the delivery person and the service car driver had to sadly turn around; while the people living in the alley were constantly bothered.

Talking to Lao Dong Newspaper, Ms. N.A - a food trader - said that she had been bombed by bad guys many times (buy, order but then refuse to receive or return the goods when they have been delivered to-PV) at this alley. At times, the subject used an address in the alley, at times placed it at a nearby address, then contacted the delivery person to go to the address in the alley to sell goods (bomb). The subjects changed many phone numbers to perform such as: 092 7xxxx34; 0928xxxx42, 0919xxxx84.

"For an order of only over 100,000 VND to over 200,000 VND, if I can't deliver it, I will lose about 50,000 VND to the delivery person, the cost for both the delivery and return trip," said Ms. N.A.

Ms. H.N - a delivery person - said that when mentioning this area, most of the old shippers knew and were very hesitant. So currently, if there is a delivery, only requests are sent to acquaintances, people who have transferred orders in advance...

"However, many sellers and delivery people are still trapped because the subject places the delivery elsewhere, then guides them around and then comes here. When mentioning this address, most sellers and delivery people immediately think about bombing the goods; and delivery people spend time searching, even harassing houses in the alley," Ms. H.N commented.

Harassed for more than a year now for malicious bomb behavior

Through the bombing of goods, people living in alleys are constantly bothered when delivery people, taxi drivers, motorbike taxi drivers... knock on the doors of houses to find recipients and service bookers. Therefore, houses in alley 20/4 Ben Nom street must use many measures to avoid being bothered such as: removing house license plates; placing many notice boards in front of the gate to request not to knock on the door to cause trouble...

"The incident has been going on for more than a year now and our lives have always been harassed. Not only ordering during the day, but there are also many orders, booking cars to bother us at midnight," said Ms. H - a resident living near the end of the alley - indignantly.

According to Ms. H, the subjects often use the names Thai, Ha, Lien to place orders to go to the house in the alley. When the delivery person went to find the recipient, all the houses in the same alley were bothered. However, through the reporter's investigation, the houses outside the alley were not affected by this condition.

Faced with this situation, people have repeatedly reported to the local police and the authorities have also sent officers down to work. However, things are still not over, but have lasted longer than this year, because the subjects are constantly changing their phone numbers to carry out malicious acts.
