Must-see check-in spots in Hai Phong during Binh Ngo Tet

These days, the City Theater - a symbolic work of Hai Phong - is brilliantly decorated with flags and flowers to welcome the Binh Ngo New Year.

The square in front of the City Theater has also been brilliantly decorated for many days now.

Like every year, this year, the new appearance of the city center strip welcoming Tet is always of interest to Hai Phong people. Like previous years, this area combines a flower circle with the main colors being green - red - yellow.

For a week now, this area has always been crowded and bustling, welcoming city residents to visit and take photos.

Dozens of colorful flowers such as petunias, azaleas, poinsettias, dahlias, sunflowers... are selected to decorate the city center strip.

Flower carpets are arranged along flower gardens and parks in the central strip.

This year, Hai Phong decorated the central flower shop, a building with a history of more than 80 years, for people to check in during Tet.

Many people are excited when after more than 1 year of being abandoned, the flower shop is decorated brilliantly with lanterns, parallel sentences... becoming a unique check-in point. Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Minh Khue (Gia Vien ward) said: "This year, the flower shop has been invested and decorated brilliantly, so I and my colleagues invited each other to take photos, saving beautiful moments before the New Year. Hopefully, although the city is developing, it will not lose its symbolic works, associated with people's memories".

In addition to the city center strip, this year, the Central Political and Administrative Center square in Bac Song Cam is a new check-in point with the longest flower street in Hai Phong and the "Kim Ma" horse mascot.

Behind the golden horse mascot "Kim Ma" is a set of 3 adorablely shaped horses. Each horse is placed on a podium about 1 m high, surrounded by hundreds of fresh flower pots, diverse colors such as petunias, chrysanthemums, poinsettias... Checking in early with the mascot lineup, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hue, Nam Trieu ward excitedly said that, unlike the brave golden horse statue, the young horses are very friendly and lovely with large eyes and colorful mane. With the appearance of the horses, Ms. Hue believes that in the coming days, the Park and Square of the City Political and Administrative Center will attract a large number of people and tourists, becoming the "hottest" check-in spot during this Binh Ngo Tet 2026.
