Volunteering as a guide for people taking the train at Ben Thanh station since December 23, 2024, Tran Nguyen Dang Khoa said that this is the first metro line in the city, so it attracts a lot of people. Due to the large number of passengers, Khoa himself is a bit tired because he has to constantly use the loudspeaker to make announcements and guide people.

Many children were brought here by their families to experience the first urban railway line in Ho Chi Minh City.

Mr. Pham The Phong (Binh Thanh District) said he had been in line at Ben Thanh Station for about 15 minutes but his turn had not yet come. "I think it will be about 30 to 45 minutes before it is my turn. Today is the second time I have experienced the metro train, the train runs very smoothly and quickly," Mr. Phong said.
