Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan has just signed a decision to locally adjust the urban subdivision planning N7, scale 1/5000 at planning block VII.2.3 in Tien Duong commune, Dong Anh district.
Accordingly, the locally adjusted land has the Southwest bordering National Highway 23B, the East bordering green land and planned ditches, the Northeast bordering the planned road with a cross-section of 30m, and the Northwest bordering the planned road with a cross-section of 20.5m.
Total research land area is about 9.63ha.
The adjustment objective is to arrange land to build working headquarters for the Dong Anh District Military Command, Dong Anh District Police attached to the working headquarters of district-level agencies (Department of Judgment Execution, Dong Anh District People's Court, Dong Anh District Procuracy and functional agencies of Dong Anh District People's Committee) to form an inter-agency area with synchronous, spacious infrastructure, independent from surrounding residential areas.
Building facilities to ensure working conditions, training and combat readiness for officers and soldiers of the Military Command and Police of Dong Anh district.
At the same time, it is the place to hold local conferences on security, national defense, local military and other activities; it is the unified command center, commanding and operating the activities of the local people's armed forces in peacetime and ready to handle situations occurring in the area; planning regular, synchronous barracks, with reasonable functional subdivisions, convenient for performing tasks, well meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
Serve as a legal basis for establishing construction investment projects according to approved planning and as a basis for local government management agencies to carry out construction investment management according to the provisions of law.
According to the urban zoning plan N7, scale 1/5000 approved by the City People's Committee on May 25, 2012, the locally adjusted land (area of about 9.63ha) belongs to the planning block coded VII.2.3, with a road section B=20.5m divided into 2 parts.
The land to the Northeast of route B=20.5m (area of about 3.22ha) has the function of residential green land with the following criteria: maximum construction density of 5%, maximum height of 1 floor.
The land to the southwest of the road with cross-section B=20.5m includes functions of land for agencies, research institutes, and training schools (with a maximum construction density of 70% and a maximum height of 7 floors; land for newly built residential groups has a maximum construction density of 70% and a maximum height of 7 floors).
Now locally adjusting the N7 subdivision planning at the 9.63ha land plot in planning block VII.2.3, keeping the road section B=20.5m as planned (area about 0.56ha).
The land to the northeast of the road with cross-section B=20.5m (area of about 3.22ha) adjusts a part of land with an area of about 2.05ha (located in the northwest) from the function of green land for new residential units to national defense land (arrange to build the headquarters of the Dong Anh District Military Command); the remaining land area of about 1.17ha retains the function of green land for residential units.
The land to the southwest of the road with cross-section B=20.5m (area of about 5.85ha), retains the functional land of agencies, research institutes, and training schools according to the planning.

The City People's Committee assigned the Dong Anh District People's Committee to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Planning and Architecture to organize the public announcement of the above-mentioned partial adjustment project of the N7 urban subdivision planning so that relevant organizations, agencies and people can know.
Relevant city departments and branches perform state management according to assigned functions and tasks.
