On the afternoon of May 7, Tan Son Nhat T3 terminal encountered a water leak in the waiting area at the departure gate, surprising many passengers.

The leader of the T3 Terminal Management Board explained that the light glass roof in the waiting area of the departure door of the leaking station is due to the prolonged hot weather that makes the temperature on the glass roof sometimes up to 70-80 degrees Celsius. The heavy rain in the afternoon 7.5 has made the glue on the roof of elastic roof, creating open positions, causing water to flow to the floor waiting for passengers.

The leader of the T3 Terminal Project Management Board also shared that although this incident did not cause much damage, it had more or less affected the image of the T3 terminal.

It is true that it has affected the image of Terminal T3, an investment project worth nearly 11,000 billion VND, which was inaugurated on April 19, and is leaking like a level four house.

Passengers expect to experience the most modern and largest inland terminal in the country, so when they encounter a leaky rain, they are of course disappointed.

The representative of the Project Management Board said that this was just a small incident and not due to poor construction quality. remedial measures have been thoroughly implemented and will not be repeated in the coming time.

When a large project is put into operation, there are small incidents such as leakage, passengers can sympathize, but the important thing is to fix them and not let them happen a second time. The project management board has committed to it and it must be implemented.

Regarding the quality of the project, there is also a need for time to "challenge" and the answer is still ahead. The management board not only commits not to repeat leak incidents, but must ensure that no major incidents occur.

The Management Board also stated the reason why the project was constructed two months ahead of schedule, some items had not been put into actual trial operation, leading to unexpected incidents.

Temporarily accept this, so the Management Board must commit to after full testing, there will be no incidents, especially major or serious incidents. Of course, the testing period is only two months from the inauguration date, making up for the expected progress.

If you do it for real, then just boldly commit and take responsibility. People and passengers will patiently wait for "recollection".
