On the afternoon of August 11, the Police Investigation Agency of Thu Dau Mot City (Binh Duong province) decided to temporarily detain the subject Tran Tan Phong (born in 1978) for investigation.
At about 12:45 on the same day, Tran Tan Phong drove a car on Nguyen Chi Thanh street and turned onto Le Chi Dan street - Thu Dau Mot city. Thinking that Mr. PTS (born in 1997) was driving a car to block Phong from crossing the street, he ran in front of Mr. PTS's car.
Phong picked up a beef bone on the sidewalk and rushed forward to smash Mr. S's car window. When Mr. S got out of the car, Phong used his hand to grab his hair and hold the beef bone, forcing Mr. error.
The investigation agency determined that Tran Tan Phong's behavior had a negative impact on social order and safety, showing signs of committing the crime of "Disturbing public order"; “Intentionally damaging property”, “Humiliating others”.
Disturbing public order is clear. Phong used a cow bone to break the car window, the act of sabotage was completed. Phong forced Mr. S to force the driver to kneel and apologize, humiliating Mr. S. The investigation agency will clarify and handle it according to the law.
