The two characters who promote HIUP milk with their words on the clouds now claim to be victims of scams and lawsuits.
Both affirmed that they received documents such as the Quality Testing Results from the Hanoi Food Safety Department on May 27, 2025 "to be circulating"; product declaration forms, component standards, and contracts with clear responsibility terms.
Therefore, it is necessary to clarify which agency issues those certificates to the HIUP 27 nutrition product manufacturing company. Or, this brand forged those certificates to contract with individuals and organizations to promote the product.
BTV Quang Minh, Van Hugo apologized to consumers and accepted being administratively sanctioned for making baguette for HIUP. They can also sue brands for claiming to be scammed.
