People, each with their own job, their own life, but in the days towards the 14th National Party Congress, they share a common point: Expectations for stability, development and better things for the country.
Flags and banners not only make streets brilliant. They make the atmosphere different. There is something cheerful and bustling spreading very naturally. In the evening, when street lights light up, red becomes even more prominent. The city seen from above is like a stream of light, in which hope is an invisible connection. Some people stop their cars to take a quick photo, some people just quietly walk around looking back, but in their hearts they all carry a feeling of hardship, where hope is nurtured by waiting.
Waiting, in the end, is also an action. It requires patience and strong faith. In the days before the 14th National Party Congress, when streets and wards were dressed in festival colors, people were not just waiting for an event, they were waiting for strategic policies, visions, and orientations to be approved and implemented in an appropriate roadmap.
