Social networks open up space for each person to express their opinions, criticize and contribute constructive opinions.
Expressing opinions is not distorting the truth, fabricating, slandering, and even more not having the right to attribute the crime to others.
Some people take the name of "protecting the regime" and use it as a "shield" to shield themselves, in order to achieve personal goals, causing confusion in public opinion and anxiety in society.
There are people who put themselves in the position of judges. They think they love their country more than others, understand the law more than others, and protect the regime more than others.
They appear and confidently accuse others because they believe they protect justice, "oppose hostile forces", and expose those who "betray the Fatherland".
There are individuals and groups that consider themselves representatives of justice and righteousness, making "sentences" like "judges" on social networks.
The louder they scold and accuse others, the more people they follow and visit their personal pages and clips.
The dangerous thing is that they create a trend, many people are dragged along, creating a stream of public opinion attacking individuals and organizations, regardless of the truth.
That information is diffused by virtual account networks, organized sharing or spreading algorithms, many people easily misunderstand that it is true or the opinion of the majority.
Many people feel confused, not knowing what is the right view, and many people are worried and scared by an atmosphere that is too heavy and suffocating in social life.
However, there is a principle that every citizen must understand and adhere to, which is that everyone has the right to express their views and social supervision, but cannot attack or convict individuals or organizations.
A country with laws cannot use the cheers of the crowd to replace the truth and go beyond the framework of the law.
The foundation of a rule-of-law state is that all violations must be considered by evidence, by procedural procedures, not by baseless accusations and the cheers of the crowd.
Acts of slander, insult, fabrication or intentional dissemination of false information causing damage to others must be strictly handled according to the provisions of law.
And, every citizen must realize that the cyberspace needs calm, responsible voices, respecting people, and upholding the law.
