1. Not getting enough sleep
When you don't get enough sleep, your body will release a lot of cortisol and adrenaline, causing stress and making you tired. Along with that, high-intensity exercises can increase cortisol levels, causing prolonged high stress and reducing the body's ability to recover.
2. Dehydration
Dehydration is one of the causes of fatigue.
Along with that, stools during exercise will also dehydrate the body and deplete sodium and potassium. That is the reason why the body is more tired after exercise.
3. Cut down too much starch
If you are on a low-starch diet, you will likely not have enough carbohydrates to provide energy when exercising.
Although the body can use protein and fat for energy, they cannot replace carbohydrates. Therefore, when applying a low-carb diet after exercise, you will often feel more tired.
4. Lack of time to rest and recover
If you exercise too much, the body is easily stressed and is at risk of damage. Exercising too much without rest causes stress, which also reduces the body's ability to recover on its own.
Experts recommend that after exercising, especially heavy exercises, take time to rest or at least get enough sleep.
