Ms. Deepsikha Jain highlighted the three biggest benefits of this pair of natural foods.

1. Support strong hair and reduce gray hair early

Amla is known as a rich source of vitamin C, while curry leaves contain a lot of beta-carotene.

When combined, both of these ingredients help nourish hair follicles, slow down the graying process and prevent breakage.
