What is siddhasana pose?
Siddhasana is a Sanskrit word derived from siddha, which means perfection or completion. “This is a meditative pose, performed with the legs folded. It is a hatha yoga pose, an ancient Indian form of yoga practice that prepares the body and mind for meditation,” says yoga expert Yogesh Chavan.
How to do siddhasana pose
