Suspension of operations for 12 months

On March 12, 2026, the Can Tho City Department of Health issued a Decision to sanction administrative violations against Tue Minh International Dental Facility (address No. 114, Nguyen Cong Tru Street, Vi Thanh Ward) authorized by Mr. Huynh Quoc Khang.

According to the Decision of the Department of Health, this facility provides medical examination and treatment services without a medical examination and treatment operating license or is in a period of suspension of operation or at a location not recorded in the medical examination and treatment operating license.

Along with that, establishments that use practitioners without medical examination and treatment practicing certificates or are in the period of being revoked medical examination and treatment practicing certificates, suspended from medical examination and treatment practice.

The form of sanction is a fine of 140 million VND; suspension of establishment operations for 12 months and effective from the date of signing. The decision is sent to Vi Thanh Ward People's Committee for information and coordination in implementation.

After seeing the images, the "doctor" said that PV's teeth were inflamed: "The previous person did not remove the pulp completely, so this tooth is inflamed, now I have to treat it again, use medicine... Then come back here, we will proceed to remove the old filling to remove more pulp.

When we expressed concern, saying that we did not have much time to stay in the Vi Thanh area to pursue a long-term treatment program, this person reassured: "If you are busy, you can visit other facilities of the system in the center of Can Tho City to implement it".

At the end of the consultation, the "doctor" directly took toothpaste for the reporter for about 15 minutes. After completing the treatment procedures, the reporter was taken to the waiting room.

The receptionist continued to kindly inquire about oral health, not forgetting to send more leaflets to "refer to other services" before leaving.
