How to do the 7-day regimen with perilla leaves:
Day 1 - 3:
Every morning, drink a glass of boiled perilla leaf water (about 300ml).
Eat normally but limit white starch and fried foods.
Drink an extra 500ml of perilla water after lunch.
Day 4 - 6:
Drink perilla leaf water before breakfast and dinner (total of 2 times/day).
Eat plenty of green vegetables, reduce red meat, prioritize steamed fish and boiled chicken.
Do light yoga or walk 30 minutes a day.
Day 7:
Eat lightly vegetarian, use 2-3 cups of scattered perilla water per day.
Avoid eating after 7pm, go to bed early to support metabolism.
Note:
Choose clean perilla leaves, do not spray pesticides, wash thoroughly before boiling.
Do not drink too much ( too many liters/day) because it can cause low blood pressure in sensitive people.
People who are allergic to mint plants should try it less first.
