Da Nang - The city added more than 71.7 billion VND to support the purchase of health insurance cards for those who are still short, ensuring compliance with regulations and avoiding duplication.

On December 30, according to information from the Da Nang City People's Committee, the City People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 3240/QD-UBND approving the adjustment of the estimated task of spending the remaining funds to supplement funds to support the purchase of health insurance (HI) cards for those who are still short of funds with an amount of more than 71.7 billion VND.

In which, the estimated source of unallocated social assurance career expenses in 2025 of Da Nang City People's Committee is 65 billion VND. The estimated source of state budget funds for voluntary social insurance contributions in 2025 in the old Quang Nam province is more than 6.7 billion VND.

The City People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to carry out procedures for the State Treasury of Region XIII to transfer the above-mentioned approved funds to Da Nang City Social Insurance according to regulations.

Da Nang City Social Insurance reviews the list and quantity to ensure support for purchasing health insurance cards for the right subjects and at the right regulations, avoiding duplication; manage, use and carry out settlement procedures according to regulations.
