Minister of Health Dao Hong Lan requested units to mobilize maximum manpower, complete all procedures and remaining items so that Viet Duc Friendship Hospital Ninh Binh facility officially goes into operation for medical examination and treatment from July 10, meeting the expectations of the people and commitments to the Government.
At the meeting to review and urge the progress of completing the Viet Duc Friendship Hospital Ninh Binh facility project on the afternoon of June 29, Mr. Hoang Cuong, Deputy Director in charge of the Medical Works Project Management Board, said that the units are focusing on completing the final parts of the project.
Key tasks include completing estimation dossiers, adjusted drawings; paying for the completed volume, accelerating disbursement; handing over dossiers to Viet Duc Friendship Hospital; and at the same time deploying bidding, procurement, and installation of medical equipment.
At the construction site, contractors are accelerating the completion of the fire prevention and fighting system according to both the initial design and the adjustment plan, and at the same time conducting intermodal trials of technical systems to ensure sufficient conditions for synchronous operation before handover. According to the Project Management Board, most items will be completed before July 5.
For information technology infrastructure and equipment serving operation, units are urgently installing office equipment systems, PACS screens and many specialized technical equipment. After completion, the entire system will be synchronously tested, and operating procedures will be developed before putting the hospital into operation.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Duong Duc Hung, Director of Viet Duc Friendship Hospital, proposed many solutions to remove difficulties, and at the same time committed to mobilizing maximum human resources, strengthening supervision and continuous construction to ensure completion on schedule to serve the opening ceremony.
Minister of Health Dao Hong Lan affirmed that putting Viet Duc Friendship Hospital Ninh Binh facility into operation on schedule is of particular importance in improving medical examination and treatment capacity, serving people in the area and reducing the burden on the central level.
The Minister highly appreciated the spirit of responsibility and commitment of the units, and emphasized that this is not only a commitment to progress but also a political commitment to the Prime Minister and the Government.
The Minister requested to mobilize maximum human resources, strengthen coordination between parties, focus on completing all items under packages from 1 to 5; and at the same time complete all dossiers and legal procedures no later than July 7 to send to the Medical Works Project Management Board.
In parallel with accelerating construction, units must accelerate the appraisal of legal documents, settlement and finalization, ensuring sufficient conditions to put the project into operation.
For Viet Duc Friendship Hospital, the Minister requested to urgently send officials to receive the facility, directly test, familiarize with the operating procedures and organize trial operation immediately after the contractor completes industrial cleaning and hand over the project.
Mobilize all forces, complete the progress of bringing Viet Duc Friendship Hospital Ninh Binh facility into examination and treatment from July 10.
