Amaranth and carrots
Amaranth and carrots are rich in beta carotene, folate and iron - nutrients that help increase blood circulation and support the body's natural detoxification process. Vitamin A in carrots also promotes self-healing skin, limits acne and helps the skin to be bright and healthy. Drinking this juice regularly brings fresh, radiant skin.
Squeeze half an amber and a carrot, add a little fresh ginger and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Drinking in the mid-morning will help the body absorb better.
Lemon and turmeric juice
Turmeric contains curcumin, which helps soothe inflamed acne and reduce redness, while lemon supplements vitamin C to support collagen production and improve dullness. When combined, these two ingredients help keep the skin clean, supple, balanced and more radiant.
Mix a cup of warm water with lemon juice, add a little turmeric and 1 tablespoon honey, stir well and drink on an empty stomach for better absorption.
Aloe vera and mint
Aloe vera soothes the digestive lining and improves nutrient absorption. Peppermint reduces bloating and flatulence, which are often contributing to inflammation along the jawline. When the digestive system is functioning smoothly, the skin looks gentle, bright and smoother.
Mix aloe vera juice with warm water, add a few mint leaves and a little black salt, stir well and drink after lunch to aid digestion and soothe the body.
