The project's objective is to invest in building a Center for Health Care and Protection for City Officials under the Viet Tiep Friendship Hospital to meet the needs of facilities and conditions to improve the quality of health care for city officials.
The project investment scale is to demolish the current construction with a total area of about 1,100m2; invest in the construction of a 7-storey City Cadre Health Care Center with a scale of over 50 beds, a construction area of about 660m2, and a total floor area of about 4,450m2.
At the same time, renovate and upgrade the technical infrastructure system outside the house, including completing the yard, sidewalk, fence, power supply, water supply and drainage, wastewater treatment; purchase and install synchronous equipment including medical equipment, power supply, water supply, fire prevention and fighting, air conditioning and ventilation, elevators.
The total investment of the project is 86,682 billion VND from the city budget. The project implementation location is No. 1 Nha Thuong Street, Cat Dai Ward, Le Chan District, Hai Phong. The project implementation period is 2024 - 2027, of which the project preparation phase is 2024 - 2025; the project implementation phase is 2025 - 2027.
