On August 22, Mong Cai International Border Gate Border Guard Station (Command of Quang Ninh Provincial Border Guard Command) said that the unit has coordinated with Dong Hung Border Gate Immigration Checkpoint (China) to open a "green channel" for 2 ambulances carrying patients across the border for treatment.
At 4:30 PM on August 22, in the Bac Luan II bridge area, Mong Cai International Border Gate, functional forces on both sides opened a "green channel" for ambulance license plate 14A-017.10, carrying Mr. Yang Kang (born in 1987, Chinese nationality) with a bacterial infection medical record, to exit to China for further treatment.
Previously, at 11:00 am on the same day, also in the Bac Luan II bridge area, Mong Cai International Border Gate, Mong Cai International Border Gate Border Guard Station (Vietnam) also coordinated with Dong Hung Immigration Border Checkpoint (China) to open a green channel for ambulances with license plates 14A-027.50 to take a Vietnamese male citizen Nguyen Van Hong (born in 1965, residing in Mong Cai 2 ward, Quang Ninh province) who was electrocuted and exited to China for treatment.
Opening the "green channel" helps ambulances quickly complete procedures through the border gate, promptly taking patients for treatment; and at the same time contributes to strengthening medical cooperation between localities on both sides of the Vietnam - China border.
