On the evening of August 22, the Vietnamese team won 2-0 against the Thai team in the first leg of the ASEAN Cup 2026 final away from home. Hai Long was one of the factors that created a turning point when he entered the field at the beginning of the 2nd half and directly scored the opening goal.
