The clip records the scene of a car moving close to the median strip for a long distance. At this time, it was raining heavily, and many vehicles traveling in the correct direction had to actively avoid the car to ensure safety.
After that, the driver drove the car up the median strip to return to the correct lane, but the car got stuck and could not continue moving.
Upon receiving the information, Road Traffic Police Team No. 2, Traffic Police Department of Quang Ninh Provincial Police was present at the scene, regulating traffic and handling the incident.
Functional forces summoned Mr. T.T. T (born in 1986, residing in Quang Hanh ward, Quang Ninh province) - the driver of the car going in the opposite direction to work.
According to the driver's initial statement, while driving in the direction of Bai Chay - Hon Gai, this person had the intention to go to karaoke. After going into a turn, the driver drove the car against traffic on the bridge and then climbed onto the median strip.
Road Traffic Police Team No. 2 is completing the dossier to handle the driver according to regulations.
