Heating is a condition of increased body temperature due to too hot an environment or physical activity that is too much, beyond the body's ability to regulate heat. Hot flashes often occur in the afternoon in humid, unbreathed environments; and hot flashes are often experienced in the middle of the day when the sun is strong and the outside world is bright.

" Heat shock is a condition in which the body's temperature suddenly increases above 40°C due to prolonged exposure to heat that the body has not yet adapted to. sweating too much causes dehydration, electrolytes, and disruption of the brain's thermopolitical center.

heatstroke often occurs in outdoor workers, athletes, and workers working at high intensity in hot weather. At that time, the body cannot cool down on its own, leading to continued temperature increase, endangering life.

"During hot days, many people still have to work outdoors such as farmers, construction workers, and people traveling on the road. Avoid going out from 11am to 3pm - the time when the sun is strongest. When working outdoors, wear protective gear, cover thoroughly, and take a break of 1015 minutes after each period to cool down and replenish water. Each person should drink 2.53 liters of water per day.
