Subjects eligible for periodic health check-ups and free screening at least once a year are residents of the city including: elderly people, people with disabilities, people from poor and near-poor households, people with meritorious services, people with chronic diseases, people living in ethnic minority and mountainous areas, areas with difficult socio-economic conditions, island communes, special zones; children in preschool education institutions, students in general education institutions; workers, subjects under the management of the Ministry of National Defense, Ministry of Public Security...
The content of health check-ups is implemented according to the professional guidance of the Ministry of Health, ensuring compliance with each target group, age, gender, risk factors and actual conditions of each agency, unit, and locality. Health check-ups are combined with disease prevention counseling, nutrition counseling, physical exercise, mental health care, reproductive health, and home health self-monitoring instructions.
Medical examination and treatment facilities organizing health check-ups must ensure sufficient conditions in terms of human resources, equipment, medicines, medical supplies and information technology infrastructure according to regulations; ensure connection and interconnection of health check-up data with electronic health records, integrated electronic health records on the VNeID application; fully, accurately, and promptly update health check-up results of people.
Hai Phong City People's Committee requests to strengthen the organization of mobile examinations in difficult areas, with a large number of workers, schools, and areas far from the center to ensure that all people have access to health check-up services conveniently. Along with that, proactively develop plans to streamline and coordinate appropriate examination subjects; not to let overload, congestion or affect the regular medical examination and treatment activities of medical facilities occur.
