On August 23, Lam Dong Department of Health announced that the Department's Director, Ms. Huynh Thi Phuong Duyen, had just signed a decision to establish an inspection team to assess the contents of the reflection and recommendations for Phan Thiet Regional Medical Center.
According to the decision of Lam Dong Department of Health, the inspection period lasts 10 days from the date of announcement of the decision.
The inspection period is from January 1, 2023 to June 30, 2025, and can be expanded before or after this period if necessary, decided by the inspection team.
The inspection team consists of 7 members, led by Mr. Doan Quang Huy, Head of the Inspection - Legal Department, Department of Health. At the end of the inspection, the team must report the results to the Director of the Department of Health. During the process, the delegation was given the authority to perform the duties according to the provisions of law.
Previously, the Department of Health issued a document requesting the Phan Thiet Regional Medical Center to report and explain the contents reflected as the issue of unreasonable personnel work. Some health workers have reported the termination of their labor contracts despite having worked for many years but keeping short-term contracts.
The failure to pay for health human resource support policies, not paying for appointed civil servants, and not paying for doctors has also received many reports.
