Mr. Q. is the survivor of the murder of 3 people who died in the early morning of September 3rd in Bui Chu hamlet, Binh Minh commune, Dong Nai city. Mr. Q.'s wife and 2 children, Ms. H.T. M (36 years old), N.T. H (11 years old) and N.N.H (1 year old) have died and are buried in their hometown of Nghe An.
At the hospital, Mr. Le Truong Son cordially inquired about the health situation, encouraged patients to feel secure in treatment, and coordinate well with the team of doctors and nurses in the process of health recovery. At the same time, he handed over a support amount of 20 million VND to the patient's family.
Currently, Mr. Q. has passed the critical condition, is awake, vital signs are stable, has good contact, can eat porridge, move hands and feet, and is continuing to be monitored, cared for, and actively treated at the Intensive Care - Poison Control Department, Thong Nhat General Hospital.
The Investigation Police Agency of Dong Nai City Police has issued a decision to prosecute a criminal case, prosecute the accused and issue an arrest warrant for Nguyen Duc Anh (21 years old, residing in Ho Nai ward) to investigate the crimes of murder and illegal use of military weapons.
On September 3, stemming from a conflict in the love affair between Nguyen Duc Anh and D. T. P. A, after drinking alcohol with a group of friends, Duc Anh prepared dangerous weapons (Thai knives) to go to D. T. P. A's house, in Bui Chu hamlet, Binh Minh commune, Dong Nai city to kill D. T. P. A. However, because D. T. P. A's house was locked, Duc Anh could not enter.
Duc Anh climbed onto the roof and pried open the skylight window to break into the house. At this time, Mr. D. V. R, D. T. P. A's father, heard a noise, turned on the light and discovered and talked to Duc Anh, but Duc Anh continued to pried open the skylight window and declared that he would kill the entire D. T. P. A family. Due to fear, Mr. D. V. R locked the doors tightly.
Unable to enter D. T. P. A's house, Duc Anh broke into the house next door, which was Mr. N.V.Q's house, then opened the door of the 2nd floor and broke into the house. Seeing movement, Mr. N.V.Q came out to check and discovered that Duc Anh was going down the stairs to the ground floor. Seeing Mr. N.V.Q, Duc Anh grabbed a knife and rushed to attack Mr. N.V.Q. Unexpectedly attacked, Mr. N.V.Q ran downstairs to the kitchen to get a knife to resist, but was seriously stabbed by Duc Anh, so he threw the knife, opened the door and ran out into the street, Duc Anh continued to chase and attack until Mr. N.V.Q collapsed on the road. After that, Duc Anh returned to the house, locked the gate and rushed into the bedroom to slash Mr. Q.'s wife and 2 children. Mr. D. V. R called the Binh Minh Commune Police.
At the police station, Duc Anh confessed to the crime and said that he did not know and had no conflicts with the victims' families.
