Ninh Binh - Ninh Binh province pays special attention to resettlement arrangements for people whose land is recovered with the criterion "the new place of residence must be better than the old place of residence".

For investment projects decided and approved in principle by the National Assembly or the Prime Minister that require land acquisition and relocate the entire community, affecting the entire life, economy, society, and cultural traditions of the community and requiring specific policies on compensation, support, and resettlement, the Provincial People's Council shall decide on compensation, support, and resettlement policies appropriate to the actual conditions of the locality.
