The East-West Highway Construction Investment Project (Phase 1) is one of the key projects of Ninh Binh province. The road is 23km long from Nho Quan district to Tam Diep city with an initial scale of 4 lanes according to grade II road standards.
The project scope in Nho Quan district has a total length of 16.32km, passing through 5 communes: Cuc Phuong, Ky Phu, Phu Long, Van Phuong, Van Phong. The total affected land area is 129.47ha; the total number of affected households is 813.
Speaking with Lao Dong Newspaper reporter, Mr. Dinh Ngoc Quyen - Director of Nho Quan District Construction Investment Project Management Board said that for the resettlement work for the East-West road construction project (phase 1), Nho Quan district has arranged 4 resettlement areas and 2 land allocation areas for on-site resettlement in Cuc Phuong commune and Van Phong commune.
Currently, the resettlement area in Van Phuong commune has a total planned area of 14,232.17m2 with 17 resettlement lots according to the plan; investing in the construction of 3 traffic routes according to the approved detailed planning project with a total length of 524.74m. Currently, the construction of the project has been completed according to the approved design documents.
For the resettlement area in Phu Long commune, the total planned area is 38,271.05m2 with 28 resettlement lots according to the plan; investing in the construction of 4 traffic routes according to the approved detailed planning project with a total length of 731.69m. Up to now, the construction unit has completed the drainage ditch, roadbed of route 2 and route 3.
For the resettlement area in Phung Thuong village, Ky Phu commune, the total planned area is 27,082.77m2 with 51 resettlement lots according to the plan; investing in the construction of 3 traffic routes according to the approved detailed planning project, with a total length of 604.67m; building 1 village cultural house. Up to now, the construction of the village cultural house has been basically completed, the construction of the foundation and drainage ditch of routes 1 and 2 has been basically completed, about 120m of route 3.
For the resettlement area in Thuong Sung village, Ky Phu commune, the total planned area is 8,296.21m2 with 15 resettlement lots according to the plan; investing in the construction of 1 traffic route according to the approved detailed planning project, with a total length of 164.32m. Currently, the construction of the project has been completed according to the approved design documents.
All 4 resettlement areas have been built with synchronous surface drainage, wastewater drainage, water supply, electricity supply and lighting systems. For the 2 resettlement land allocation areas in Van Phong commune with 28 lots and Cuc Phuong commune with 5 lots, the items according to the infrastructure planning of the land auction area have also been completed.
"With the criterion of "new residence must be better than old residence", we are continuing to coordinate with investors and construction units to soon complete the technical infrastructure of unfinished resettlement areas so that people can soon stabilize their lives" - Mr. Quyen said.
