Representatives of Regional Container Lines support people affected by Typhoon Yagi, through the Golden Heart Charitable Social Fund.

On September 30, a representative of Regional Container Lines went directly to the Lao Dong Newspaper headquarters (6 Pham Van Bach, Hanoi) to present a donation of VND 123,650,000 through the Golden Heart Charitable Social Fund. This amount of money is to join hands to help people in the northern provinces and cities overcome the consequences of storm No. 3 (Yagi).

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thao - representative of the shipping company - shared that, in the face of the heavy damage caused by storm No. 3 (Yagi) to people in some northern provinces and cities, the leaders, staff and employees of the shipping company were very moved and wanted to contribute a part to support people in difficult and unfortunate circumstances.

According to Ms. Thao, the company's employees have contributed a total of 123,650,000 VND and want to send it through the Golden Heart Social Charity Fund - a prestigious charity fund with many community support activities - to people facing difficulties after storm No. 3.

“We hope that through the fund, this donation will reach the people affected by storm No. 3 as soon as possible, helping them stabilize their lives after the storm,” Ms. Thao shared.

Receiving the donation from the shipping company, Ms. Phan Thu Thuy - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Lao Dong Newspaper, Permanent Deputy Director of the Golden Heart Social Charity Fund thanked the shipping company's employees for their trust in sending the Fund to support people affected by storm No. 3.

Ms. Phan Thu Thuy said that the Fund will quickly transfer the above amount to people in the northern provinces and cities affected by storms and floods, contributing to helping people overcome the consequences and soon stabilize their lives.

Storm No. 3 (Storm Yagi) caused severe damage and impacts in many provinces in the Northern region.
