This is the largest tennis tournament in 2024, gathering more than 100 of the best tennis players from all over the country.
This year’s tournament brings together prominent players in the Vietnamese tennis world. In the men’s category, Thai Son Kwiatkowski will participate. Born in 1995, he has participated in 7 Grand Slam tournaments and is ranked 232nd in the world. He later became a Vietnamese citizen to compete for the Vietnamese tennis team.
The presence of Thai Son Kwiatkowski will create great attraction for the tournament. Besides, veterans such as Le Quoc Khanh, Hoang Thanh Trung and young talents such as Nguyen Minh Phat, Tu Le Khanh Duy and Nguyen Van Phuong... also promise to create exciting matches.
On the women's side, Vietnamese tennis stars such as Demi Tran, Ngo Hong Hanh, Sophia Huynh Tran Ngoc Nhi... also participated.
The results of the tournament are one of the important criteria for evaluating and selecting players for the national team in the coming time. This is an opportunity for athletes to prove their talent and ability to compete. Achievements at the tournament will help players have the opportunity to be called up to the teams to participate in upcoming international tournaments, and at the same time, serve as a basis for building and developing a stronger national team.
In addition to bringing exciting matches, the 2024 National Tennis Championship is also an opportunity for Ninh Binh to promote the province's tourism and cultural image. With beautiful natural scenery and famous historical sites, Ninh Binh will be an ideal destination for both tourists and sports fans.
In addition to the matches, the Vietnam Tennis Federation coordinated with the tournament organizers to launch a campaign to join hands with the North to overcome storms and floods with the spirit of "Mutual love" and "Helping each other".
