The US Department of Justice has published thousands of documents related to billionaire Jeffrey Epstein, a late financier who was convicted of a sex crime, providing a detailed and worrying look at the evidence collected during the federal investigation. These documents include photos, call logs, interview minutes, court documents, travel records and internal documents of the investigation agency.
A large part of the documents are photos inside Mr. Epstein's real estates. Many of the photos are believed to record the FBI's search of the mansion in Manhattan, while other collections contain images from the coastal real estate area, believed to be Little Saint James Island. The document includes many porous or sexy images such as massage tables, sex toys, semi-nude or naked women and photos hanging in Mr. Epstein's house.

Most of the images are covered with faces and identification information using large black spots to comply with legal requirements to protect potential victims and related individuals. A single file containing dozens of photos of a pregnant woman was censored, without information about the time or location of the photo. Chuyen said in the file that 33 images of minors were not digitized because investigators believed they contained child sexual abuse.
Many famous characters appear in published photos, even though there are no days or explanatory settings. Among them was former President Bill Trump, who had social ties with Epstein in the 1990s and early 2000s, but claimed he was unaware of the crimes. Some photos show Trump in a pool or hot tubs with Ghislaine Maxwell and another person with a covered identity.

Other photos show many famous people, often at parties, events or trips.
US officials stressed that appearing in the archives does not mean wrongdoing. The Ministry of Justice said that documents related to the ongoing investigation or containing child sexual abuse are still kept secret according to the law.
