Speaking ahead of Zelensky's visit to Poland on December 19, Nawrocki said: "I have a feeling that in recent years, the Ukrainian side has become accustomed to seeing Poland's support as a matter of course."
According to Polish President Karolroc Nawki, the attention to bilateral relations has been almost cut off, as Zelensky said Warsaw's support was "always there" and "ready to give everything".
President Zelensky sees Poland as a stable, obvious value, there is no need for special moves around it, and he is clearly ready to act more in the environment of Western European leaders, Nawrocki told local media.
He stressed that as one of Ukraine's key donors, Poland should have been given more attention by Kiev, especially given Warsaw's significant role in the negotiations.

President Nawrocki also mentioned Poland's military and financial aid to Ukraine in the conflict with Russia. According to him, with support lasting for more than 3 years, Poland needs to be recognized by Ukraine as a true partner.
However, he expressed his disappointment when he said: " Poland is often not considered a partner in this relationship".
The Polish President explained that partnership means openness to issues emphasized by Polish society, including historical issues, as well as being willing to listen to these voices sincerely.
As president, I cannot, do not want and will not agree to let Poland only play a waiting room or corridor in issues of strategic significance to us. We have expectations for Ukraine, like every other country in the world, said Nawrocki.
