Players will participate in the election at the polling station of the Political Officer School or at the team's accommodation, in the context of The Cong Viettel preparing to play against Hai Phong club in round 16 of V.League 2025-2026 at Hang Day Stadium.
Among the players participating in this election, midfielder Nguyen Cong Phuong (born in 2006) exercised voting rights for the first time, so he seemed quite excited. The young player said he felt honored to participate in voting and exercise his citizenship rights.
The youngest player of the team participating in the election is Nguyen Thanh Long, a member of the U21 team, born in 2008.
Colonel Pham Trung Kien - Secretary of the Party Committee of Viettel Sports Company said that the unit has implemented many propaganda activities to help athletes and staff understand the meaning of election day. According to him, the players are all clearly aware of their responsibilities when participating in important political events of the country.

Some players such as Khuat Van Khang and Tuan Phong also expressed their excitement when participating in the election. Khuat Van Khang said that he had carefully researched the list of candidates listed before voting, and considered this an opportunity to show the responsibility of citizens for the development of the country.
