Kim Thoa is sought after
According to many sources, setter Vo Thi Kim Thoa's contract with VTV Binh Dien Long An club will expire at the end of 2024. It is known that at least 3 teams have sent invitations to the setter of the Vietnam national team.
However, the priority of the athlete born in 1998 is still to continue to stick with his hometown team. However, in case the two sides cannot reach an agreement, it is very likely that Vietnamese volleyball fans will see Kim Thoa in the new team's jersey.
Vo Thi Kim Thoa grew up in Long An's youth training center and is currently a mainstay of the Western team. At the national team level, Kim Thoa and Doan Thi Lam Oanh are two trusted setters under coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet.
Young women's team receives target

General Secretary of the Vietnam Volleyball Federation (VFV) - Mr. Le Tri Truong said that the goal set for the Vietnamese youth women's volleyball team when competing in the 2025 U21 Women's World Cup is to make efforts in each match.
This is the first time that Vietnamese young women's volleyball team has won a place in a tournament at the world level, so this goal is considered appropriate for the coaching staff and players.
The Volleyball Department (Department of Physical Education and Sports) has developed a time frame plan for professional training for the Vietnamese youth women's volleyball team in 2025 towards the above tournament. The professional training plan is developed by the coaching staff and then reported to VFV before being approved.
