Accordingly, at 8:06 p.m. on January 9, the Command Information Center - Hanoi City Police received a report of a house fire in Bac Tu Liem district.
Immediately upon receiving the news, the Command Information Center dispatched 10 fire trucks, command vehicles, trucks carrying vehicles from the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team - Bac Tu Liem District Police, Cau Giay District Police, Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Area 2, along with officers and soldiers to the scene to deploy fire fighting, rescue and relief.
At about 20:50 the same day, the fire was extinguished, and units continued to extinguish the ashes.
Preliminary fire area is about 200m2, including 3 temporary 1-storey houses; 1 2-storey house and 1 4-storey house.
Of which, temporary house number 7 with an area of about 120m2 was completely burned; Temporary houses number 3 and number 5 were partially burned, with a burned area of about 20m2; Residential house number 9 had part of the first floor burned and part of the second floor burned, with a burned area of about 30m2; Residential house number 11, 4 floors, had part of the first floor burned, with a burned area of about 30m2.
The fire caused no casualties. Property damage is being assessed.
Currently, the entire scene has been cordoned off by authorities to serve the investigation of the cause.
