On the evening of March 7, the Information Corps club faced VTV Binh Dien Long An in the semi-finals of the Hoa Lu - Binh Dien Cup 2025 volleyball tournament. The match is considered the "early final" of the tournament because these are two fateful opponents.
In a day of competition without connection and somewhat subjective, the Western team, despite their best efforts, only won 1 set. On the other side, the Information Corps showed a methodical playing style with the number 1 attacker being Nguyen Thi Phuong. They played brilliantly to win the final match with a score of 3-1 (25-16, 25-20, 26-28, 25-21).
Young striker Nguyen Thi Phuong had an excellent day. She scored 27 points (4 blocks, achieving an efficiency of 47.9%), becoming the best scorer of the Information Corps in the recent semi-final.
After the match, coach Pham Van Long did not hesitate to praise the performance and performances of the main striker born in 1999 at the Hoa Lu - Binh Dien Cup 2025.

Nguyen Thi Phuong was born in 1999 in Hoai Duc district (Hanoi). She is 1m76 tall and is currently playing for the 1st team of the Information Corps. Nguyen Thi Phuong joined the army team very early and was a pillar that brought many titles in youth tournaments for the Information Corps.
Not only highly appreciated for her talent, the 26-year-old female striker is also noticed for her pretty, pure appearance and white and pink skin. She often appears on the court with long, long black hair tied to a familiar bracelet.
Nguyen Thi Phuong is also affectionately called "hot girl volleyball" by fans. This hitter just won the Miss prize at the Kim Thieu Village Volleyball Tournament (Bac Ninh) to welcome the spring of 2025.
